Return Policy and Instructions for Returns 

All return merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • Customer service must be notified in regards to returning merchandise before items will be accepted.
  • Goods must be placed in a separate shipping carton for transportation back to Creative Basics.
  • A copy of the receipt (invoice) must be on the outer carton for easy identification.
  • Goods must be in a resale-able condition unless defective. Resale-able is defined as "any item you would deliver with confidence to your most important customer."
  • Goods must be unopened,unused and in the original product packaging.
  • The original product packaging must be free of writing,markings and return labels.
  • All instructions and warranty cards supplied by the manufacturer must be included.
  • Defective Toner Cartridges: A printed sample page MUST accompany defective toner cartridge.
  • Open cartridge and Toner boxes WILL NOT be accepted for return or credit - PLEASE double check to make sure you have the right cartridge before you open the box.
